Client is enabled to perform real-time inquiries to all State Registers through Creditinfo Lietuva informational system.
REGISTERS FOR PRIVATE PERSONS‘ CREDITWORTHINESS EVALUATION
SOCIAL SECURITY REGISTER (SODRA)
Creditinfo Lietuva system provides a possibility to verify information on natural person’s work place, data of placement and correspondence of income to the amount provided directly online. The data is available on all persons, who are receiving income, taxed with social insurance tax, as well as persons, who have received or are receiving income of other type, e.g. retirement pensions or payments in the case of sickness.
Query
To conduct the query, the following data has to be provided: identification number of data subject, number and series of social insurance certificate, income amount which is either required by data receivers or has been submitted to them, title and of institution or company where data subject is employed, date of placement, date and number of agreement of data subject, information on data receiver (company code, identification number of a person, conducting the query).
The queries can be made both through the web application created by Creditinfo Lietuva and through web service tool.
Reply
Creditinfo Lietuva system server receives a query from data receiver and forwards it to SODRA database server, receives a reply and forwards it to the data receiver.
Data is provided through internet interface www.creditinfo.lt and/or granting the right for automatic connection to the Creditinfo Lietuva server to use provided data services. Data is received from the system after connecting to it with user name and password. The replies are received both through web application created by Creditinfo Lietuva and web service tool.
Legal part
Data is provided in accordance to the JSC Creditinfo Lietuva and State Social Insurance Fund Board (SODRA) agreement on personal data provision No. F1-0-330, signed 27 November 2006. In accordance to this agreement, JSC Creditinfo Lietuva acts on the basis of authorization from final data users as their representative. An appropriate agreement has to be signed between the JSC Creditinfo Lietuva and data receiver.
The aim of data provision – to verify correctness of data provided by the persons applying for loan, credit of leasing services. This aim is also related to the requirement of mobile communication operators to verify workplace and income of natural persons.
Queries to the SODRA are possible only after receiving an appropriate written agreement of data subject. For every query separate agreements are necessary. In case of an error, the same query could be repeated on the bases of the same agreement.
RESIDENTS REGISTRY (GRT)
There are numerous cases when a part of natural persons fake their personal data or is using data of other persons with the aim to obtain a deferred payment services. Our system allows access to GRT data on-line. Directly in your working place you will be able to connect to our system and to verify every one of your potential clients to have certainty if the data provided by them is correct. This is the way to reduce risks of debts occurrences.
Query
Queries to GRT are conducted in a centralized manner through Creditinfo Lietuva system. Criteria of the query – identification number and type of the document (usually the passport). The query could be made both through the web application, created by Creditinfo Lietuva, and through web services tool.
Legal conditions
Data aimed to assess one’s solvency could be provided only in the case of presence of a written assent of a person concerned. The assent has to be expressed in a written form, from which person’s identification and will could be originated.
Personal data aimed at debt management is verified in the Residents’ Register without an assent of a person concerned in accordance to the law of the Republic of Lithuania on legal protection of personal data.
